Gemma Munjic

Gemma has 16 years of experience within the health and social care sector, predominantly supporting individuals with a diagnosis of Autism, Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities.

She is highly passionate about her role and finds great fulfilment in supporting people to achieve their personal outcomes and improve their overall quality of life.

Throughout her career, Gemma has progressed through a range of roles, starting as a Support Worker and working her way up to Registered Manager positions within both supported living and residential settings. During this time, she was also given the opportunity to undertake a secondment within a specialist support team, where she further developed her knowledge and experience of the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model.

Gemma holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.

Outside of work, Gemma has achieved an incredible personal milestone, having lost over 15 stone. She enjoys staying active by getting out and about with her pug, Zeus, exploring new places and spending quality time with friends and family.
